Job Description
For our Chemical Recycling Department (Technology Area) we are looking for a person to develop with responsibility and efficiency functions such as:
Continuous updating of the state of the art of biological processes.
Preparation of technical proposals to clients or to different calls for national and international R&D&I grants.
Technical development of R&D&I projects.
Delivery of open and tailor-made courses related to the subject.
Attendance and participation in seminars and congresses.
Visits to national and international clients.
We are looking for a person with autonomy, initiative, leadership, creativity, problem-solving skills, research skills, good teamwork, customer orientation and training skills.
Requirements
Degree in Biotechnology, Biology or similar.
2 years of experience in biological processes.
Experience in handling and operating bioreactors, obtaining bioproducts by fermentation, production of PHAs, antimicrobial assays, waste valorisation, enzymes.
High level of English (level test will be carried out).
Willingness to travel occasionally.
It will be additionally valued:
Experience in chemical analysis, solvent handling and chemical reaction development.
Knowledge in the following areas: industrial bioprocesses, bioinformatics tools, applied microbiology, anaerobic biodegradation, design of experiments.
Knowledge in plastics.
Temporary + permanent contract.
