Currently, many types of plastic products are difficult to recycle at the end of their useful life and recycled thermoplastic pellets often have a very dark colour, traces of pollutants and a high content of volatile compounds that impart unpleasant odours, so that their use is limited to the production of low value-added products.
This webinar will present some of the technologies aimed at devolatilisation and extraction of pollutants from thermoplastic material.
